Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and establish tailored recruitment plans
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier talent
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the full recruitment lifecycle
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace
Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and regulations
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing and networking
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
