Exciting Opportunity: Corporate Communication Specialist

Brose North America is seeking a skilled and dynamic Corporate Communication Specialist to join our vibrant team in Michigan. As a key member of a global automotive technology leader, you will play an integral role in shaping and executing our communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that align with the company's objectives and mission
Create engaging and impactful content for various platforms, including internal newsletters, press releases, and social media channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication materials
Support executive leadership in preparing speeches, presentations, and other communication materials
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication activities and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in managing digital communication platforms and tools
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
