Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative strategies for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates.
Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Utilize a variety of channels for talent acquisition, including social media, job boards, and industry networks.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of potential candidates to determine their fit within the organization.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our HR systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the agricultural or livestock industry.
Demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships and networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
