Position: Real Estate Development Manager

Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and sustainability considerations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in real estate development or urban planning
Exceptional project management and negotiation skills
Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment
Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
Strong understanding of local real estate regulations and market trends
