Your Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative well-being programs tailored to our guests’ needs
Create strategic partnerships with local beauty and healthcare businesses to enhance guest experience
Develop and manage reward systems to optimize guest satisfaction and loyalty
Ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality beauty and healthcare services within our eco-tourism programs

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated experience in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry, preferably in a coordination or management capacity
Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to foster partnerships for mutual benefit
Passion for sustainable travel and eco-friendly initiatives
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
