This role is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of the Beauty/Healthcare industry to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional eco-tourism experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative well-being programs tailored to our guests’ needs
- Create strategic partnerships with local beauty and healthcare businesses to enhance guest experience
- Develop and manage reward systems to optimize guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality beauty and healthcare services within our eco-tourism programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry, preferably in a coordination or management capacity
- Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to foster partnerships for mutual benefit
- Passion for sustainable travel and eco-friendly initiatives
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
