Your Role

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative and effective talent acquisition strategies.

Your Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Kenya.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt to changing market trends.
