We are seeking a passionate advocate to join our dynamic team at Changi Business Park in Singapore's vibrant East Region. This unique opportunity involves making a meaningful impact by fostering collaboration between sectors to enhance community development.

Position: Community Engagement Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Facilitate strategic partnerships with local organizations to drive community initiatives
Develop and implement outreach programs to educate and engage diverse community members
Organize events and workshops to promote awareness and participation in community-focused activities
Evaluate the effectiveness of community projects and initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to align community engagement activities with organizational objectives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Community Development, or a related field
Proven experience in community outreach and building partnerships within the public and private sectors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think innovatively and drive positive change within the community
Passionate about creating a lasting impact for the community
