Electra Real Estate is seeking to engage a forward-thinking Community Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Central District of Israel. As a prominent player in the real estate arena, we are committed to fostering sustainable and impactful community initiatives that align with governmental and non-profit goals.

Role Summary:

Collaborate with local authorities, community organizations, and non-profits to identify community development opportunities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance community infrastructure, social services, and public spaces
Create and manage partnerships with relevant stakeholders to achieve community-driven objectives
Evaluate the impact of community development projects and produce comprehensive reports
Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and non-profit standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
Proven experience in community development initiatives within Israel, with a deep understanding of local dynamics
Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
Analytical mindset and the ability to drive projects from inception to completion
Proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
