Position Available: Community Engagement Manager

Are you ready to lead and inspire change within the community? Ence is seeking a creative and driven Community Engagement Manager to spearhead our efforts to build stronger connections and make a lasting positive impact. As the perfect candidate, you are a natural leader with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of government and nonprofit sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with local government entities, non-profit organizations, and community leaders.
Design and execute community engagement programs and events.
Create and implement strategies to drive positive change and make a meaningful impact.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of goals and initiatives.
Track and report on the effectiveness of community engagement activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience in community engagement, public relations, or a similar role.
Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of local government and nonprofit landscape.
Ability to think strategically and analytically.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
