Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Nakuru, Kenya

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and offer negotiation.
Build strong networks and execute creative approaches to talent acquisition.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Participate in job fairs and career events to enhance the company's employer brand.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Strong understanding of employment legislation and regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Passion for innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques.
Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
