Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and proactively source and screen candidates.
Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance Aerogen's reputation as an employer of choice.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
A keen eye for identifying top talent and assessing candidate potential.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
