Resource Management Specialist
NT Farmers Association is seeking a resourceful and dynamic individual to join our team in the beautiful Northern Territory. As a Resource Management Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring sustainable agricultural practices while balancing the preservation of our unique environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting environmental impact assessments
- Developing and implementing resource management strategies
- Overseeing land use and sustainable farming practices
- Collaborating with government agencies and stakeholders on environmental initiatives
- Providing expertise and guidance on geospatial data and analysis
- Researching and implementing innovative solutions for resource optimization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, agriculture, or related field
- Proven experience in resource management or related role
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
