Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruiting plans aligned with company initiatives
Source, assess, and select qualified candidates
Coordinate and conduct interviews
Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
Hands-on experience with various interview formats
Familiarity with social media, professional networks, and resume databases
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
