Welcome to Göran Rönnbergs Byggnads AB! We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Multicultural Outreach Coordinator. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in fostering diversity, inclusion, and multicultural understanding within our company and the broader community.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement outreach initiatives to engage with multicultural communities and organizations
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to enhance environmental awareness and geological education
Organize and facilitate workshops, events, and programs to promote environmental stewardship within multicultural populations
Evaluate and monitor the impact of outreach efforts, providing insightful recommendations for improvement
Contribute to the development of inclusive policies that reflect the diverse needs of our workforce and stakeholders
Represent our company at multicultural events, fostering strong partnerships and networks

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated understanding of environmental and geological principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
Proven experience in multicultural outreach, advocacy, or community engagement
Passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
