Role Description:

Conceive and design pioneering experiences that blend culinary artistry, ambiance, and cutting-edge service methodology
Implement a comprehensive design strategy that integrates technology to engender seamless, personalized guest interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and actualize innovative concepts that enhance both guest engagement and operational efficiency
Analyze market trends and guest feedback to continually evolve and refine our experiential offerings
Drive the development of design prototypes and mock-ups that bring conceptual ideas to life

Requirements:

Background in art, design, or related creative disciplines, ideally with experience in conceptualizing immersive hospitality environments
An affinity for gastronomic and aesthetic trends, coupled with a deep understanding of consumer behavior within the hospitality sector
Proficiency in interpreting market insights and translating them into captivating, market-leading experiences
Demonstrated fluency in integrated technology solutions for enhancing guest experiences
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
