Position: Community Health Program Coordinator

Role Overview:

Design, implement, and assess community health programs in alignment with our mission and vision
Collaborate with various stakeholders such as public health agencies, community organizations, and healthcare providers
Manage program budgets, evaluate outcomes, and leverage data for program enhancement
Conduct outreach efforts to ensure program participation and community engagement
Facilitate educational workshops and events related to community health initiatives
Establish and maintain effective partnerships for sustainable program development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, or related field
Prior experience in program coordination or community health initiatives preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse groups
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset
Understanding of public health policies and ability to navigate regulatory requirements
