We are currently seeking a talented Design Architect to join our dynamic team.

Position: Design Architect

Location: Gelderland, Netherlands

Job Overview:

As a Design Architect, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and realizing our creative vision for various projects. Your responsibilities will include translating client requirements into functional, innovative designs, collaborating with the project team, and ensuring that our projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop design solutions that align with the project objectives and client needs
Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to incorporate innovative elements into designs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraints
Participate in site visits and provide guidance during the construction phase
Contribute to the maintenance of design standards and contribute to the studio's creative culture

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
Proven experience in producing high-quality designs, preferably within the residential, commercial, or public sectors
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design
Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
