Your Role: We are seeking a dynamic individual to take up the role of Director of Community Outreach. In this position, you will be responsible for fostering strong community partnerships, advocating for the deaf and hard of hearing, and spearheading initiatives to expand our reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to engage local and regional communities
Cultivate relationships with government agencies, nonprofits, and educational institutions
Lead efforts to raise awareness and support for our educational programs and services
Collaborate with internal teams to develop new outreach strategies and initiatives
Conduct presentations, workshops, and events to promote deaf awareness and inclusion

Qualifications: We are looking for a visionary leader with a strong background in community engagement, advocacy, or related fields. A passion for driving change, excellent communication skills, and an innovative mindset are essential. Previous experience in a non-profit or educational setting is preferred.
