Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies to attract a wide range of talents
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions
Utilize diverse sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates
Lead and manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
Create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization

Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a multicultural environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in relevant HR software and systems
Fluency in English and Swedish is preferred
