Job Opening: Flavor Experience Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and refining flavor profiles for our diverse range of nutritional products. You will work closely with our team of experts, utilizing your culinary expertise to develop unique and appealing tastes that meet the nutritional needs of our consumers. As a Flavor Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in crafting the sensory experiences that enhance our products and contribute to our customers' well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and develop new flavors and food experiences.
Conduct sensory evaluations and provide detailed feedback on flavor profiles.
Utilize market insights and consumer trends to drive flavor development strategies.
Work in a state-of-the-art flavor lab and contribute to the creation of cutting-edge nutritional products.
Act as a culinary ambassador, representing Abbott Nutrition in external culinary and industry events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in flavor development, preferably in a product development setting.
Strong understanding of nutritional concepts and their application in culinary creations.
Excellent sensory evaluation skills and the ability to articulate and document flavor profiles.
Passion for staying updated on culinary and flavor trends.
