Key Responsibilities

Research and identify advanced skincare formulations and technologies
Develop innovative skincare products that align with market demands and scientific advancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Stay abreast of industry trends, scientific breakthroughs, and consumer preferences to inform product strategy
Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of skincare prototypes to validate efficacy and safety
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skincare product quality and performance

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related scientific field
Demonstrated experience within the skincare, cosmetics, or health science industry
Deep understanding of skincare formulation, ingredient functionality, and product development processes
Proven track record of successfully launching skincare or cosmetic products into the market
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret scientific data to drive product innovation
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in German and English languages
