We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Facilities Improvement Coordinator to join our team at Tulsa Public Schools. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various construction, renovation, and improvement projects across our school district.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of construction projects
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure adherence to design and safety standards
Oversee budgeting, cost estimation, and financial aspects of construction projects
Coordinate and communicate project progress, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits
Drive continuous improvement efforts in facilities management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Prior experience in project management within the construction, real estate, or facilities management industry
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
