We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Project Development Specialist. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for spearheading various development projects within our organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative real estate and infrastructure projects to fruition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and evaluating potential opportunities for real estate and infrastructure development.
- Conducting market research and feasibility studies to assess project viability.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to create project proposals and secure necessary approvals.
- Overseeing project planning and implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for construction and development activities.
- Monitoring project progress and preparing regular status reports for senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Providing strategic input to optimize project outcomes and maximize value for the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and development within the real estate or infrastructure sector.
- Familiarity with construction processes, land use regulations, and zoning laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew.
