Responsibilities:

Design and implement talent development programs to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent
Collaborate with departmental managers to identify skill gaps and develop tailored training initiatives
Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate training sessions
Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers and employees
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Proven experience in talent development, organizational development, or related field
Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
