We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Employee Wellbeing & Safety Specialist at Baufrösche Deutschland GmbH. As an integral part of our growing team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe, healthy, and collaborative work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Conduct regular assessments to identify potential hazards and address any safety concerns promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote and uphold employee wellbeing initiatives.
Organize training sessions and workshops on health and safety practices.
Coordinate with external agencies to comply with regulatory standards and certifications.
Advise on ergonomic practices and assist in preventing workplace injuries.
Provide guidance and support for employees on wellness programs and resources.
Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective measures as necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience in occupational health and safety management.
Sound knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to workplace safety.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
Ability to analyze and mitigate risks while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Certification in workplace safety and health management will be an advantage.
Demonstrated commitment to enhancing employee wellbeing and safety standards.
