Position Available: Urban Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and evaluating potential development opportunities
- Collaborating with local stakeholders to design and execute urban improvement projects
- Managing and overseeing construction and renovation initiatives
- Conducting market research and financial analysis for real estate development projects
- Negotiating and securing agreements with contractors, developers, and other key collaborators

Qualifications:

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully executing development projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Proficiency in project management software and financial modeling tools
