Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and evaluating potential development opportunities
Collaborating with local stakeholders to design and execute urban improvement projects
Managing and overseeing construction and renovation initiatives
Conducting market research and financial analysis for real estate development projects
Negotiating and securing agreements with contractors, developers, and other key collaborators
Ensuring compliance with zoning regulations and building codes

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in project management, real estate development, or urban planning
Strong understanding of urban design principles, zoning laws, and land use regulations
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successfully executing development projects within budget and timeline constraints
Proficiency in project management software and financial modeling tools
