Position: Community Engagement Specialist

Role Overview:

Develop and implement community outreach initiatives to support local nonprofits and government organizations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address key social and environmental concerns within the Drenthe region.
Initiate and manage sustainable development projects aligned with Rabobank's commitment to societal welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish partnerships with nonprofit organizations and local government agencies to promote sustainable community development.
Oversee the implementation of social responsibility programs designed to address environmental issues and societal challenges.
Engage with community leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for positive impact and meaningful change.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proven experience in community engagement, project management, or nonprofit sector.
Demonstrated commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
