Responsibilities:

Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
Organize events, workshops, and activities aimed at enhancing community involvement and social cohesion.
Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and businesses to promote our initiatives and support shared goals.
Analyze community feedback and data to inform decision-making and continuously improve engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in community outreach, engagement, or related roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
