Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential development opportunities within the region
- Collaborate with stakeholders to initiate and manage new projects
- Perform financial analysis and create project proposals
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Urban Planning, or related field
- Proven experience in project management
- Understanding of the regional real estate and construction landscape
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve
- Fluency in Spanish and English
