Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental assessments and provide recommendations for sustainable practices within our hospice care facilities
- Manage and implement green initiatives, including waste management and energy conservation efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with environmental agencies and community organizations
- Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices regarding environmental conservation and sustainability
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate environmentally friendly practices into our daily operations
- Provide training and guidance to staff regarding environmental responsibility and best practices
- Monitor and evaluate our environmental impact, providing regular reports and suggesting improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field
- Previous experience in environmental consulting, sustainability, or related areas
- Strong knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations for environmental improvements
- Passion for environmental conservation and sustainable practices in healthcare settings
