Normandy Association of Hospice Care Providers is seeking a dedicated and passionate Environmental Resource Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct environmental assessments and provide recommendations for sustainable practices within our hospice care facilities
Manage and implement green initiatives, including waste management and energy conservation efforts
Develop and maintain relationships with environmental agencies and community organizations
Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices regarding environmental conservation and sustainability
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate environmentally friendly practices into our daily operations
Provide training and guidance to staff regarding environmental responsibility and best practices
Monitor and evaluate our environmental impact, providing regular reports and suggesting improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field
Previous experience in environmental consulting, sustainability, or related areas
Strong knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations for environmental improvements
Passion for environmental conservation and sustainable practices in healthcare settings
