Position: Urban Development Manager

Are you passionate about transforming urban landscapes? Umbria Tech Hub is seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Urban Development Manager to join our team. As the Urban Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing strategic projects that contribute to the growth and evolution of urban spaces within Umbria and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of urban development projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and sustainability practices.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop innovative designs and solutions for urban spaces.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the urban development sector.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with local communities, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling for urban development initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating new technologies and methodologies to enhance urban development processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in urban development, project management, or a related role within the built environment.
- Strong understanding of zoning regulations, environmental impact assessments, and sustainable construction practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and design tools.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- A passion for urban sustainability, community engagement, and the creation of vibrant living environments.
