Role Overview:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to support our mission and values
Collaborate with local organizations and leaders to identify opportunities for partnerships and collaboration
Manage community outreach initiatives including volunteer programs, events, and sponsorship activities
Evaluate and track the impact of community engagement efforts and communicate results to stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in community engagement, corporate social responsibility, or related roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently
Demonstrated commitment to social and environmental sustainability
