Position: Sustainable Experience Curator
We are seeking a Sustainable Experience Curator to contribute to our commitment to sustainable hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional experiences for our guests that reflect our dedication to environmental consciousness and social responsibility.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and curate eco-friendly and socially responsible guest experiences
- Work closely with local suppliers to source sustainable and organic products
- Collaborate with our culinary team to emphasize local and seasonal ingredients
- Implement innovative waste reduction and recycling initiatives
- Create and manage development projects to enhance sustainable practices within the hospitality sector
Qualifications
- Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on sustainability
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in Italian and English is preferred
