Talent Acquisition Specialist

Dolce & Gabbana in Tuscany, Italy is seeking a passionate and driven professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying and acquiring top-tier talent to support our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct full-cycle talent acquisition processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry platforms.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans for different departments.
Evaluate and optimize our current recruitment processes and systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company objectives.
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote our employer brand and engage with potential candidates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the fashion industry or luxury retail sector.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and managing candidate pipelines effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Italian is a plus.
