Job Description:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Versace, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent for our dynamic organization. You will strategize and execute comprehensive recruitment plans, manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, and work closely with business leaders to understand their staffing needs. Your responsibilities will also include conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and negotiating offers. Moreover, you will be instrumental in enhancing our employer brand and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and identify staffing needs.
Utilize diverse recruitment channels to reach potential candidates.
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and interviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external partners.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is essential. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a strong understanding of industry trends are also necessary for this role. Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems is preferred. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Italian is a plus.
