Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source, interview, and evaluate candidates to determine their fit for various roles within the organization.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives to attract diverse and high-quality talent.
Collaborate with various departments to promote best practices and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, staffing, or a related area, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
A passion for fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.
Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
A self-motivated and proactive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork.
