As a Sustainable Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nordsee GmbH, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and retaining individuals who share our values and commitment to sustainability.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable talent acquisition strategies that align with our company's environmental and social responsibility goals
Collaborate with various business units to understand their talent needs and create sustainable sourcing strategies
Evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to ensure they are environmentally conscious and socially responsible
Engage in employer branding initiatives that reflect our commitment to sustainability
Establish and nurture relationships with sustainable talent communities and networks
Conduct interviews and assessments with a focus on identifying candidates who embody our values of environmental stewardship
Advise hiring managers on sustainable and ethical recruitment practices
Monitor and analyze the impact of our talent acquisition efforts on our sustainability objectives

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Proven understanding of sustainability and environmental best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for promoting sustainable work cultures
Ability to influence and drive change towards sustainable and socially responsible recruitment
Experience in utilizing sustainable talent acquisition tools and platforms is a plus
Knowledge of relevant local and international labor laws and regulations
