Position Overview:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Utilize innovative sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent across various departments
Coordinate and conduct engaging interviews, while providing an exceptional candidate experience
Collaborate with the team to refine and enhance our talent acquisition processes
Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives
