Key Responsibilities:

Forge strong partnerships with local enterprises, community groups, and governmental bodies to drive cooperative development efforts
Organize and promote community events, workshops, and programs aimed at enhancing economic and social well-being
Advocate for the interests of Namsskogan Næringsforening and its members within the local and regional government networks
Foster a supportive environment for local entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations through resource coordination and networking opportunities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in community outreach, project management, or partnership building
Adept at multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English
A genuine enthusiasm for community development and a keen understanding of governmental and non-profit operations
