We're Hiring: Lifestyle Coordinator

Great Plains Energy in Texas is seeking a forward-thinking, adaptable individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Coordinator. As the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for curating and promoting holistic wellness initiatives, customer experience enhancements, and community engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative wellness and lifestyle programs that align with the values of Great Plains Energy
Create and manage partnerships with local beauty and healthcare service providers to offer exclusive benefits to our employees and customers
Manage and regularly evaluate the impact of lifestyle initiatives, maintaining an understanding of evolving industry trends
Develop and promote a variety of lifestyle events, workshops, and initiatives to foster a healthy work-life balance among employees
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of initiatives and consistency in messaging

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of lifestyle, beauty, and healthcare industries
Proven ability to drive engagement and participation in lifestyle programs and events
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining partnerships within the healthcare and beauty industry
