Position: Urban Space Enhancement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative concepts for enhancing urban spaces within our growing network of locations
Contribute to the design and implementation of modern, vibrant retail and commercial spaces
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with our company's vision and objectives
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in urban development and retail space enhancement
Assist in identifying prime locations for future expansion and development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative urban space enhancement projects
Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior within the retail and commercial space sector
Exceptional project management and communication skills
