Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee wellness initiatives within the workplace.
- Develop and execute strategies to promote employee wellbeing and health.
- Collaborate with management to create wellness programs and activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on health and wellness-related matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in wellness and healthcare.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in employee wellness, health promotion, or a related area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
