The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Public Health Program Manager. As part of our organization, you will contribute to the vital mission of promoting and protecting the health of all New Yorkers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement public health initiatives to address community needs
- Oversee program budgets and resource allocation
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders
- Evaluate program effectiveness and impact
- Provide leadership and guidance to program staff
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public health program management
- Demonstrated success in leading and implementing public health programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
