Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment approaches.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to conduct candidate searches and manage the entire hiring process.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to management.
Implement best practices in recruitment, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores' reputation as an employer of choice.
Provide input and support on workforce planning and talent retention.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
