Are you passionate about driving change and connecting with the community? We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking individual to lead our engagement initiatives. As the Innovative Community Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies to foster relationships with local organizations, individuals, and government bodies. You will play a pivotal role in designing and executing programs that promote cultural awareness and social inclusion within Diekirch and its surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, and community groups
- Create and oversee innovative community outreach programs and events
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to advocate for cultural enrichment and community participation
- Identify funding opportunities and support grant applications for cultural initiatives
- Utilize digital platforms and social media to amplify reach and engagement
- Measure and report on the impact of engagement activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration, Cultural Management, Public Administration, or related field
- Proven track record in community engagement, event management, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions
- Fluency in English and French; additional language skills are an advantage
