Welcome to Shawcor, a leading global energy services company. We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our team as an Innovation and Talent Acquisition Specialist. As an integral part of our Human Capital Development team, you will be responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy aligned with our commitment to innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative and effective strategies for talent acquisition, sourcing, and candidate selection.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with external talent pools, industry influencers, and educational institutions to ensure access to top talents.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future talent needs and create proactive recruitment plans.
Implement creative and engaging employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of current recruitment processes and tools to streamline and enhance the candidate experience.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts throughout the talent acquisition process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and innovation within Human Resources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related roles, preferably within the energy or industrial sectors.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
