Role Overview:

As a Project Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, budgeting, and execution of infrastructure improvement projects within the hospital's premises. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining project schedules
Coordinating with architects, engineers, and construction teams
Implementing efficient resource management strategies
Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
Overseeing project documentation and reporting
Identifying and resolving project-related issues
Supporting community engagement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Proven experience in project management or development coordination
