Responsibilities:

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with community stakeholders
Collaborate with local government agencies to implement community development initiatives
Research and analyze community needs and trends
Create and manage programs that address community challenges
Organize and facilitate community events and workshops
Evaluate the effectiveness of community development programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions
Experience in project management
Knowledge of local government processes and regulations
