Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute community engagement strategies
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to support community initiatives
- Manage and oversee community outreach events and programs
- Advocate for citizen participation in government decision-making processes
- Evaluate the effectiveness of engagement efforts and implement improvements
- Report on community feedback, concerns, and response to initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in community engagement or related roles
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Passion for promoting civic engagement and community involvement
- Experience in project management and strategic planning is a plus
