Conduct thorough interviews and skill assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for positions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and support.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
